Account Management Team

The Promap Account Management Team is on hand to provide key customers with the support you need and ensure you get the most out of the Promap system.

The Account Managers are there to assist with every aspect of your business. It's their job to be your voice and to act as your advisors when it comes to all things Promap. Their aim is to become an extension of your team tasked with ensuring that we meet all your mapping and data needs.

• Helps to define your mapping and data needs for each project
• Deals with any bespoke data queries that you might have
• Provides RICS and RIBA accredited CPD training if required
• Deliver Promap training to new and existing members of staff
• Provides technical support
• Talk you through new product developments or enhancements
• Answers all your queries or questions
• Deliver back to the Promap team any feedback or product enhancement suggestions you may have
