Internal Sales Team
Our Internal Sales team are aware of all the key areas new customers need to learn in order to ensure you are maximising the Promap system. Once you have signed up to the system they can provide dedicated telephone support and telephone demonstrations to get you started.
Amongst other responsibilities, the Internal Sales Team:
- Aid in registering and signing up new users
- Talk through and explain the key benefits of using an online mapping system such as Promap
- Explain new product development and enhancements to the system
- Provide short phone demonstrations to provide basic training of the system
