We understand that sometimes our customers experience some technical issues which is why we have an established and highly trained technical team. The team are able to work with customers to resolve issues with using Promap, ensure that the product is best suited to the customer's requirements and give advice on how to best use the data that is purchased through Promap.

Amongst other responsibilities, the tech support team deal with:

Trouble getting access to Promap
Problems installing the ActiveX Control
Problems loading pages
System errors, requirements and downloads
Basic and advanced troubleshooting
