Promap IQ offers an intelligent way to save time

Nearly 85% of property professionals feel that sourcing planning information takes too long, with more than half describing the process as either inefficient or slow and frustrating.
An industry survey by Landmark Information Group also found a third spend more than a day researching and analysing planning materials ' representing a significant time commitment.
However, a unique online tool will now give customers an early view on planning activity prior to conducting full enquiries, developing proposals and making investment decisions. Promap IQ is to be launched on 21st April 2008, giving property professionals faster, easier and more efficient access to planning data.
Immediate desktop results of searches are available for planning applications, listed buildings and points of interest, with findings presented in either an interactive or printable report format. The fast access and customised aspects of Promap IQ (users can design the map, draw, measure and annotate as they wish) mean that customers can focus on and identify specific planning applications relevant to them before approaching Local Authorities.
Crucially, users of the new service will have access to 10 years worth of archive data and the ability to focus in on exactly the information they require, whilst still seeing the spatial context.
