• You do not have a suitable version of Javascript running successfully in your browser. This may be because you have an old browser, because of your security settings or possibly because it has been explicitly turned off. Because of this error we cannot continue running the test.
• You do not have a suitable web browser. You must have Internet Explorer Version 5.5 Service Pack 1 or higher.
• You do not have a suitable Operating System installed. You must have Windows 98 Second Edition or later.
• You do not have a suitable Operating System installed. 64-bit Windows is not currently supported by Promap.
• Cookies are not supported on your machine. Promap requires cookies to be activated in order to be able to function correctly.
• Your computer date appears to be out by at least 1 hour from our server date. This may cause problems when attempting to log on to Promap.
• You have a popup blocker installed on your computer. You must either disable this, or allow popups on this site to be able to use Promap.
• You are running at resolution. You must run at least 800 x 600 resolution to use Promap.

You must correct this error before you are able to use Promap. If you wish to, you may also visit our diagnostics page to gather more information about possible problems you may be having. You will also be able to send this information to our Tech Support department to help them in diagnosing your faults.

• You are running at resolution. We recommend running at least 1024 x 768 resolution for Promap, and the optimum resolution is 1280 x 1024, which shows 230% more mapping on screen compared to 800 x 600, for exactly the same price. For more information about screen resolutions, and detailed instructions on how to change yours, please visit our screen resolutions page.
• You are running at resolution. While we recommend running at least 1024 x 768 resolution for Promap, the optimum resolution is 1280 x 1024, as this will enable you to see 78% more mapping on screen compared to 1024 x 768, for exactly the same price. For more information about screen resolutions, and detailed instructions on how to change yours, please visit our screen resolutions page.
• You are running Windows XP Service Pack 2. We have fully tested Service Pack 2 with Promap, and all you need to do to run Promap successfully is to make sure that you permit the download of our ActiveX control when necessary. Simply keep an eye out for the yellow "information bar" popping up at the top of the window while we are checking the control version, and follow any necessary instructions.
