• You do not have a suitable web browser. You must have Internet Explorer Version 7, 8 or 9.
• You do not have a suitable Operating System installed. You must have Windows XP or later.
• Cookies are not supported on your machine. Promap requires cookies to be activated in order to be able to function correctly.

• You are running at resolution. While we recommend running at least 1024 x 768 resolution for Promap, the optimum resolution is 1280 x 1024, as this will enable you to see 78% more mapping on screen compared to 1024 x 768, for exactly the same price.
• You are running Windows XP Service Pack 2. We have fully tested Service Pack 2 with Promap, and all you need to do to run Promap successfully is to make sure that you permit the download of our ActiveX control when necessary. Simply keep an eye out for the yellow "information bar" popping up at the top of the window while we are checking the control version, and follow any necessary instructions.
