The need for a Flood Report when looking into purchasing or evaluating a site has never been more compelling. Although a standard environmental report does provide some flood information, only the property specific Professional Flood Report available through Promap features clear assessment and detailed flood risk information from leading data providers as well as providing a valuable insurability rating and information on past insurance claims. There are now two types of flood report available through the Promap system, Homecheck Flood for domestic properties and Sitecheck for Commercial Properties.

Historical Map Pack: Landmark's digital archive is the UK's largest comprising over 1 million Ordnance Survey historical maps. The historical maps give a complete step-by-step picture of land use changes that have occurred between the 1840's and the present day and are available individually through Promap or as a complete set through our Envirocheck service. Each map is site-centred for ease of comparison and overlaid with the current National Grid so that historical features can be accurately identified and located on to modern mapping. Historical maps are available at scales of 1:10,560/1:10,000, 1:2,500 and 1:1,250 scales.
