All maps printed from the layers provided by Ordnance Survey remain Crown Copyright. This means that before photocopying or duplicating an Ordnance Survey map printed from Promap, you must purchase an Ordnance Survey Paper Map Copying Licence.

Only your organisation's Promap administrator can enter the licence into Promap on behalf of the organisation.
