Some of the downloads within Promap may not be immediately available from the system. The download manager box that appears when you have submitted your order (See Exporting the Data ) will advise you of the expected delivery time.
If you have any available downloads when you login a small notification will popup in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You can access your downloads by clicking on the 
button in the bottom right-hand corner. If you have new downloads available the button will change to show how many downloads are available: 
The 
button located under the export tab will also alert you to any available downloads. Clicking on this button will take you to the downloads manager box.
You will also be notified of any new downloads when searching for a new site using the Address Search button to open the Locate By dialogue box:
