Renewing Expired Licences
1. Click on the button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will take you to Order and Licence Tracking. Listed here you will find all the licences that have expired under your login in the last seven days. For each licence it will give you the following information:
•Order Date: The date and time of the order is shown.
•Login ID: The user who ordered the report
•Project: The project name that you entered for this order
•Reference: The reference number that you entered for this order
•Site: Details of the site that the licence relates to.
To search for a specific expired licence, or to extend the date range of the expired licences being searched for, click Show Options in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Note If you are the admin user for your company you will also be able to view tall expired licences within the organisation as well as your own. |
2. To view the entry in detail click on the at the beginning of each line this will then expand the entry so you can see exactly what the licence relates to.
3. Under each expanded entry will be the option to Renew Licence. Select the licence you wish to renew by clicking the tick box at the far right of the expanded entry. Then click on Renew Licence.
4. On the Export Data screen you will be required to select which products you wish to renew by clicking on the tick box to the left of each entry. As with the original export you will then be required to select what format you wish for your export.
Note The majority of the datasets will require you to select only what format you require the data in (See Format Options ). Some of the datasets, for example The Detail data under current mapping, will also require you to make other selections such as licence (See Licence options ) or grid lines. |
5. To submit your order, click on Next in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You will then be taken to an expenditure details box. Enter your project and reference and accept the Terms and Conditions before clicking on Submit Order. You will be asked to confirm the email address where you want your download notifications sent to for those downloads that are not immediately available.
6. If you have selected the option Prompt to save map after exporting in the settings area of Promap you will be taken through to the save screen. You can now save the map file and record the fact that you have paid for these exports (See To change General Settings ). A notification will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of the screen when your new downloads are ready:

7. | At this stage you will either be able to download your file immediately by clicking on the Download button or the system will advise how long is left until the file is available for download. To download the file click on the download button which will then allow you to save the file on to your computer. |
