Preparing for National Customer Service Week

Here at Landmark Information Group, we are proud to be taking part in this year’s National Customer Service Week.

Led by the Institute of Customer Service, the week-long event is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.  We will be carrying out a range of tasks, activities and initiatives during the course of the week to showcase the emphasis we place on customer service across our entire organisation.

#NCSW takes place during the first week in October (1 and 5 October 2018) and each day carries a set theme; our teams across the Group will be embracing the themes to showcase how customer service is truly embedded in our business at every level.

The themes for each day of #NCSW are:

Monday – Insight;

Tuesday – Agility;

Wednesday – Skills;

Thursday – Leadership; and

Friday – Recognition.
