I can’t log in to Promap

If the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ boxes on the home page are not allowing you to enter any details it is likely that you are using an internet browser that is not fully supported by the website.

You may also see a message that advises “Promap works best with Internet Explorer”.

In order to be able to login to Promap you will need to be using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your internet browser.

If you are accessing the website through Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or any other browser the login boxes are not going to be active and you won’t be able to login into the website.
