Promap provides an annual software licence, which provides access to lower map rates. The annual software licence fee is optional and recommended if you intend to print more than one map per week.
Below is a summary detailing the differences between the two options through which Promap can be obtained.
Option 1 - Free Annual Software Licence
- No Annual Software Licence fee
- Free to register
Summary of Usage Charges are:
- £1.35 for a new Detail map access
- Free to view small scale mapping layers
- £27.92 for a master copy of A4 map at a scale 1:1,250 (up to 5ha)
- Subsequent copies £0.67 for customers who do not hold an OS Paper Map Copying Licence. FREE if an OS Paper Map Copying Licence is held
- DXF export of large scale mapping from £14

Option 2 - Annual Software Licence Paid
- £395 for Annual Software Licence
