Access registered lease data quickly to surface site potential
Following feedback from customers, we’ve been developing several enhancements for Promap Premium Layers.
The enhancement involves access to registered lease data. Because leasehold information is crucial to valuation and development assessments, we have not only made accessing it easier, but we’ve improved the data by:
- Improved address matching from 76% to 85% by aligning location to the UPRN, providing more records for you to review
- Showing a clear lease end date, making the data far easier to assess at speed
Additional attribute information available includes:
- Title Number
- Date of Lease
- Term Start Data
- Term Length
- Term End Data
- Price Paid
- Property Description
- Whether there is an Alienation Clause present
As with all the other features, this is included within the Premium Layers tool. The subscription cost will stay the same, you’ll simply have access to a wider range of features.
In the meantime, because they are free updates, all our Premium Layers subscribers can simply log in and immediately start using these features.
