What is the latest Premium Layers enhancement?
We are excited to announce the latest enhancement to Promap’s Premium Layers. But first, we wanted to give you a bit of an overview of the next few weeks, because there is a lot of new stuff coming.
By talking to our customers about their needs, we’ve been able to put in place an on-going raft of enhancements to our Premium Layers service. In fact, between now and September, we’ll be launching a range of incredibly useful feature enhancements.
And, all the new enhancements we’ve been developing are included in your current monthly fee. We’re not raising the cost of Premium Layers, just looking for ways to improve it for you.
This first in the latest series of enhancements now means the property sold price data will now include an attribute for price per sq. ft.
We targeted this enhancement first because price per sq. ft is the industry standard for comparable information in the property sector.
You can now see this information for all properties with coverage in an instant.
There are several more enhancements in the pipeline, so watch this space! We’ll be announcing them over the coming weeks and months.
In the meantime, because they are free updates, if you’re already subscribed to Premium Layers you can simply log into Promap and immediately start using these features.
