Promap no longer supports Internet Explorer as a browser option.
As part of our programme of continued platform improvements, we are implementing updates which will mean Promap will no longer be available via Internet Explorer. Promap is available across most major browsers, however please see a list of recommended browsers below:
- Google Chrome,
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
We would recommend using the latest possible version you are able.
How to download a new browser:
To source the latest version of each browser, use your preferred search engine and search for Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox/Microsoft Edge/Safari download and follow the instructions for the providers site.

We would recommend contacting your IT team as you may need permissions to install or your organisation may have a preferred browser type.
