Qualifications help Landmark management navigate career path
As part of a continuing management development programme, staff at Landmark Information Group - the leading provider of property related geo-spatial and environmental information - have successfully completed a bespoke leadership programme.
With the support of Swindon College, 46 managers from across the Landmark group attended a series of workshops based on specially selected modules and completed work based assignments. As a result of the nine-month programme, team members will each gain the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) QCF Level three Award in First Line Management.

We also recognise that our future leadership will need to influence rather than direct, develop coaching skills and learn to aspire to change, as well as drive it."
