Earlier this month, we launched updates to the Open and Saved Maps menus as part of our programme of work to improve Promap.
We’re now pleased to announce updates to the Header and Footer of the core user interface to provide a cleaner and easier to use platform. The changes centre around the use of iconography, simplifying the options available and moving functionality to more recognised formats.
What’s changed?
We’ve updated the look and feel to provide a clearer view of the tools and functionality available. Additionally the Search window has been expanded to provide full details of the address within a search.
Following the recent and successful introduction of our webchat feature, we’ve moved the button to the bottom left to make it even easier to access the team. Our Customer Service team are on hand 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday for rapid support.
We’ve updated the Site Information feature to make this more obvious, this tool provides an overview of easting and northing and the nearest address for any location clicked on the map.
For Views users we’ve also simplified the journey for adding new views to access the MasterMap layer.

We’re following the latest release with continuous updates across the user interface including the task tabs, drawing tools and viewable data options.
